We have following training programme  -

Duration of the programme - 3months, 6 months , 1 year

Short duration - 15 Days, 1 month 

Inclusion :-

Training will include

Observation and interaction with patients - out patients and interventions,

Hands on training on Manikin under fluoroscopy

Discussions

guidance about what to read & study, there are most essential pain books available at the clinic.

practice tips,

hands-on procedures on few patients after gaining basic knowledge (usually for trainees doing 1 month and beyond)

The training will involve management of spine, cancer, neuropathic, and other chronic pain conditions.

In addition pharmacology, Radiology, psychological assessment of the chronic pain patients will be taught.

The pain management programme will include interventions - basic to very advanced procedure.

The delegates will be mainly based in PCI Chembur centre. Apart from this the delegates will accompany Dr. Kailash Kothari at different centres as per schedule. Travelling in Mumbai may take long time even if the distance is small due to traffic. It is advisable that delegates should look for accommodation in area near by Chembur clinic.

At the end of the training programme a completion certificate with Fellowship of Pain Clinic of India (FPCI) will be awarded to the candidate.
